ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS
RSG believes that one of its main
obligations, as a responsible corporate citizen is to leave a legacy of
community enhancement and empowerment to those whom we have the
privilege of serving.
We are dedicated to developing, sponsoring, and supporting programs
that have a positive impact on individuals and their communities. This
approach fosters an environment of mutual achievement between the
Client, community and the project team. Collectively, we can endeavor
to bridge economic, social, education and cultural gaps that can keep
our communities strong.
As professionals we believe it is our responsibility to support, as
well as participate in community activities that add to the
accomplishments of civic, commercial and residents’ contribution
to the completed project. During the planning, design and construction
phases of the project, we can meet these objectives by being active
community participants. There are a number of activities we deem
beneficial to the community such as: sponsoring “Career
Day” for High School seniors; Career Guidance; Training Courses,
Internships and Employment Opportunities. We also support providing
resources and material to K – 12 schools.
RSG has worked with the public and private sector to promote access and
resources that lead to educational and career opportunities. These
occasions have allowed us to share our wealth of life and project
experience community participants. We encourage our staff to engage in
community events such as environmental, economic, cultural and other
civic activities. This gives our staff the prospect of gaining a
broader view of benefits we derive from understanding the challenges
our youth face and what we can share to assist them to obtain their
career goals.
