Group, Inc. (RSG) is an employee-owned professional service firm with
offices in Walnut Creek and San Francisco, California. RSG was founded
to provide expertise in project/construction/technology management,
services to public and private sector clients. The management staff of
R Sinclair Group, Inc. is composed of experienced Licensed Engineers,
Project Managers, Programmers, Administrators, Technicians, Schedulers,
Estimators, Project Specialist, and Trainers. Our staff has been
responsible for the planning, design and, management of numerous
projects for private and public organizations. Projects participation
included planning, design, construction management, technology
integration, security systems and training. This accumulation of
working knowledge has allowed our staff to participate on projects
which included water/wastewater, transportation, airports, commercial
facilities, educational institutions, etc. Our staff also includes
experienced instructors in project and technology management
techniques. We have developed and taught curriculum on the theories of
project management and technology management for private and public
sector organizations as well as developed best practice procedures.
Under this experienced leadership and guidance RSG is capable of
managing a project from planning, design, and closeout. Utilizing state
of the art systems, software and equipment we are able to deliver
projects that meet or exceed our valued client’s goals for
